AVATAR Service Plan
The AVATAR Service Plan is a brand new kind of robot service. With it, you’ll never have to pay extra for service, repairs, or hardware upgrades again.
For a flat yearly rate, at a fraction of the cost of buying the robot outright, the service plan gets your department:

- A 100% comprehensive warranty covering all damage and defects, including those incurred in the line of duty.
- A free upgrade to the newest AVATAR robot model after every 3 years of service. Once you sign up for year number four, the original robot is yours and we send you the newest model for your Service Plan.
The base rate gets you a robot for an entire year, with no further obligation. You’re not locked into anything.
With the RoboteX AVATAR® Service Plan, you can always have the most advanced SWAT robot available, and we’ll make sure your robot always works. It’s time to stop worrying about repairs, extra costs, or outdated equipment. You can customize the robot with whatever accessories you need, just as if you were purchasing the robot. If you keep the plan going for three consecutive years, once you sign up for year number four, the original robot is yours and we’ll send you the newest model for your Service Plan.
We understand that applying for grants can be a time consuming process. Several of our customers have been successful in acquiring grant funding for their robot purchases.
